Healthy Guacomole Dip…and a Beer

Made my first Guacomole ever. Granted, it doesn’t look like most guac out there–I could have smashed the avocados more but..oh well, still proud 🙂

1 avocado
About 8 leaves of cilantro
2 tablespoons of lime juice
4 small red tomatoes
2 tablespoons of onions
A punch of sea salt

And deliciousa! The beer and chips count as my one unhealthy splurge of the week. Remember to add tomatoes last–they lose their freshness and nutrients when chilled.
