Every morning after stretching and meditating, I sit on my deck and drink the juice I made while reflecting on the day ahead. It takes me a trillion years to finish my drink, so during that time I’ve decided to add in a new morning ritual: forgive someone, and be grateful for one thing.
I’ve implemented these concepts into my daily routine the last week and have found my next 24 hours sailing by more smoothly and more peacefully.
So I dare you to try this too! Every morning, forgive someone, and be grateful for something. Even if you don’t write it down or type it up, reflect on it mentally, and you’ll discover newfound strength.
