One of my weekly goals is to record things into my gratitude journal. Because I have so much time to kill during my weekend morning shifts (God, that just sounds awful, doesn’t it?), I am able to delve deep into what I am grateful for. Today, I decided on certain instances of which to include.
1.) A person
2.) A memory
3.) A specific thing/event/emotion/etc
4.) One thing about myself
Gratitude Journals are great to keep! I dare you to start one! 🙂
