Tilapia baked under apples, on top of a lemon, over a warm salad of steamed butternut squash, eggplant, and collard greens.
On a side note, here’s my reaction to trying rhubarb for the first time

Apparently they make pie with rhubarb. It’s on my list of foods to try.

There’s a lot of sweets to make with it. I concoted together dream bars in a food processor last night

That looks amazing. Sadly my salads don’t have much more forethought than, “greens from a bag + tomatoes + whatever meat only takes a minute to grill + whichever dressing in the fridge isn’t empty” BOOM! done.
..mine usually does to. It’s just easier that way than trying to be clever.
