This dessert is addicting. My take on a parfait.
Blend almond butter, dates, half an avocado, almond milk, vanilla extract, unsweetened cacao=pudding texture.
Bake buckwheat with a coating of this chocolate, minus the avocado. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
Freeze banana for 3 hours, blend it with some coconut/almond milk and vanilla extract, to serve as your ice cream texture.
Pile all of these ingredients in a wine glass with some fruit and you have a delicious dessert :]
