Smoothie Sunday

As I’ve mentioned, Sundays will now be dedicated to me. I will forgive myself. I will appreciate myself. I will love myself. And…I will drink lots of smoothies and juices! These are cleansing, easily-digestible drinks that are better for you than eating actual food. Sunday is, after all, my day of rest and renewal, during which I prepare myself for what the coming week will bring, and juicing and smoothie-ing it up starts it the right way!

My main smoothie of the day consists of 5 cups of kale, 6 cups of spinach, 2 celery stalks, 1 green apple, 1 green pear, 1 cucumber, and half of a lime…A very green drink indeed :]
