So I’ve never had tofu, never even thought I’d ever try it…Buuuuut, as I’m aiming towards veganism/peecatarianism, I figured I’d give it a shot and load up on the protein.
So here I’ve prepared pan-seared tofu, sauteed in cayenne, turmeric, and curry flavors, along with sauteed summer squash, kale, onions, garlic, and lentils. It was surprisingly good 🙂
This is interesting.
During my business trip to sputh korea, I tried tofu rather i would say sometimes i didn’t had any other option than eating tofu. It’s pretty tasteless. Barely i could eat a slice or two. Yours looks delicious 🙂

Hahah thanks. It’s bland overall but you have to spice it up with different flavors. That’s cool you went to Korea!
